Did Mindfulness help me?
I first fell into Mindfulness when I was searching to learn about myself and applying time for self-development in my life. As I was living a life where work was my life, I had never taken into consideration what it was actually doing to my physical and mental health.

In other words when falling in love with the whole concept of Mindfulness, I wanted to be able to spread my story and life lessons to the world and in the same way, after that helping others get out of the same rut I was in for a quite a numbers of years. As someone who now practices Mindfulness daily as a Mindfulness practitioner, as well as co-funds a Mindfulness company called Root 2 Mindfulness which was created to inspire others to learn this superpower too. I love seeing the attention it is now getting and hearing about how it’s changing people’s lives for the better, as it did for me.
However, what I fear most is that so people still never allow Mindfulness to grow within them or even give it a fair chance to become a part of their lives. At the start of my journey, I was that person. We all know It can be a scary subject to dive into. For instance for those who still believe you have to think like a Buddhist monk to truly “get it”.
